Cancellation and Refund Policy

The NAIA Showcase cancellation policy allows the participant to receive a registration refund if done thirty (30) days prior to the showcase event.

Cancellation made
30+ days from the date of Showcase — 100% refund
29 days or fewer from the date of Showcase — 0%
No communication of cancellation/No Show — 0%

To officially cancel a player from an NAIA Showcase, email Austin Bennett, Showcase Director at [email protected] and provide the players full name and the date of the showcase to be cancelled. The date of the email will be the official date of cancellation (if outside of thirty (30) days prior to the event) and you will receive a refund within thirty (30) days of cancellation.

Registrations cannot be transferred to another person. Players will not receive refunds if they cannot participate the day of the event.

Cancellation of a Showcase

The event director reserves the right to cancel this event if weather conditions pose a danger to the participants. Should the event be modified by the event director, the event will be deemed not to be cancelled.

If a Showcase is cancelled due to an extreme weather event, natural disaster or circumstances beyond our control, a refund will be given to all participants with any expenses the NAIA Showcase already incurred deducted from the initial paid registration fee. All participants will have the option to receive their remaining registration fee or credit that amount toward a future Showcase.

If the Showcase schedule is modified or cancelled, you will receive an email at the address you provided when registering
